📦 Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g. filters, hygiene-related products) unless defective
- Customized or personalized items
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lz6665284@gmail.com with photo evidence.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
